LGS was formed in 2005 to provide short and medium term accommodations for incoming business professionals and vacationers, looking to enjoy and explore the city from the comfort of well furnished accommodations. LGS is located along the Capilano River in the District of North Vancouver, a stone's throw from West Vancouver and seconds minutes from Vancouver’s Downtown core and seconds to Vancouver’s coastal mountains. We blend the convenience of a downtown lifestyle with the quaintness and comfort of coastal living.

LGS accommodations are priced reasonably. We combine the comfort of high-end city suites, with the picturesque beauty and quietness of a mountain retreat. Each suite features fully functioning kitchens, with high end appliances, utensils, cook and dinnerware. The bedrooms provide quality linens with King, Queen, Twin bed combinations with quality mattresses. The up to date bathrooms provide quality toweling. Our dining room and living room are well furnished, both in the selection of colour and functionality. The interior decor provides a sense of quietness yet with flare as the artwork compliments the interior decorating plan. Whether you're just looking for a suite to enjoy... some time away from work - a glass of beer on a comfy couch for a night of free Netflix, or - a place to enjoy an indoor swim, hot tub and Jacuzzi or explore the gardens and the banks of the Capilano River or - hikes up the trails to enjoy true mountain scenery or - rendezvous with the downtown city lights and entertainment... From the living, dining, patio and both bedrooms guests enjoy a panoramic view of Burrard Inlet from Washington's Mt. Baker across the city skyline to the Spanish Banks and the open Sea.

About the Owner

LGS is a registered proprietorship in the Province of British Columbia and with Canada Revenue Agency and was formed by Jim Hogan, a Senior Vancouver Lawyer in 2005. Jim created a proprietorship to buy 5 condominiums at Whytecliff; one of which he is his residence and the other 4 have provided excellent accommodation for many business persons, moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas and vacationers from throughout the world. Jim’s personal service and attention to the needs of the LGS stays is the backbone of LGS’s reputation.

The purpose of the purchase was to provide short and medium term accommodation that provided quiet, clean and quality suites for incoming business professionals providing consulting services to the Vancouver business community, as well as Canadians who wished to visit their families living in the Vancouver area, or to escape the cold Canadian winter, or Americans to escape the heat and humidity of the summer.

As the business needs of Vancouver grew, the need to hire national and international talent expanded and with it, the need to provide short and intermediate term accommodation expanded the business opportunities for LGS.
